What is Qigong healing?

Qigong healing is one of the oldest systems of treating people. Over years of dedicated training, the Qigong practitioner builds up their own Qi otherwise known as ‘Lifeforce’.

Qigong healing is one of the oldest systems of treating people. Over years of dedicated training, the Qigong practitioner builds up their own Qi otherwise known as ‘Lifeforce’. This accumulation of Qi power is part of the practitioner’s energy field and can be directed to the client to promote and accelerate healing.

How does Qigong healing work?
Once the practitioner emits the Qi to the client, it activates the client’s lifeforce and stimulates their aura and chakras (energy centres). This initiates activation of the acupuncture points and meridians of the body which increases energetic circulation to the various areas of the body in need of healing.

What does a Qigong healing feel like?
Relative to the sensitivity of the client and how chronic the condition is, the client can experience warmth or other sensations in the problem area. Other times, the client may feel something in a completely different area to their problem. Sometimes there can be shaking, jerks or involuntary movements as the Qi becomes unblocked and moves.

Other reactions include feeling very relaxed and sleepy or in contrast, fully energised as if a big weight has been lifted. Qigong healing can be applied to all people as well as animals.

Feel free to call Michael to explore if Qigong healing may be of benefit to you or your pet.

Our beloved Leesi, a 6 year old Russian Blue, became critically ill in a short period of time and her prognosis was not looking good. Despite their best efforts, she was so poorly, after emergency vet care, we thought we were going to have to say goodbye.

After a virtual and in-person session with Michael, her energy levels rapidly increased, her breathing is much better, and she’s back to her sprightly and talkative self.

With a holistic approach, we now have hope that her illness can go into remission. She’s a free spirit living her best life again. Worshiping the sun.”
